The Latest. Our waiter was exceptional he had a birthday November 5th and we celebrated my Moms birthday which was November 4th here. I just love Laduree. It is a truly unique and terrific dining experience. Elegant restaurant.

Feels like a dining experience in Paris. The service was excellent but the food wasn't the temp it should have been when it arrived. It was still delicious and I didn't send it back but occasionally that happens with breakfast there.

I will still return because it's a great dining experience overall. It's an amanzing place, the garden is beautiful, they service excellent, I'd rocommended the macarrons and its hot chocolate. We keep coming back to this place, over and over and over again. Laduree is where two of my favorite places and cultures merge into a singular, utmost delightful experience.

If you are a Parisienne at heart, but a New Yorker by attitude and circumstance, this is where you belong. The quality of the food is great. We were incredibly disappointed by the quality of service and atmosphere. Our food was sent to us all at once even though we ordered a first course to share followed by our own main courses and specifically requested to start with the first course.

The staff seemed very green, unprofessional, and not attentive. Additionally, towards the end of the course, we were rushed by 4 separate waitstaff that asked if we were done and they were about to remove our plates even though the French Toast wasn't even touched. The table next to us had their speaker phone on throughout the meal and was incredibly loud and disruptive, while none of the staff asked them to turn off the speakerphone. Overall, the experience was incredibly awful.

Definitely try it once. The macarons are why I go. The portions are small and the price is steep, but the food is yummy. The food is outstanding and great value for money. Don't forget a pastry or two! Amazing Service in a beautiful space.

The service was delightful. I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, but there was no mention of it. We were seated by the door to the patio was was constantly banging each time an employee went out, which was constant! Very elegant place to have a nice weekend brunch with friends or family.

Bread and pastries are exquisite. My friend and I had a great time. Service was on point and was great. Great local SOHO spot with unique outdoor dining courtyard. I adore Laduree. This last time we sat outdoors and unfortunately the service took extremely long, despite the venue not being crowded at the time. Also there were no napkins or silverware provided, had to be requested. I still love Laduree. Impeccable service, gorgeous ambiance, and the food - the quiche, mon Dieu!!!

Highest marks especially as their outdoor dining area is so beautiful. I've went here before with my friends and loved the place. I decided to take my mom here to eat. At first everything went well and we were greeted with respect, the waiters were also polite. After ordering two mains on the menu it took roughly 40 to 50 minutes to get our food even after the waiter told us it would only take around 20 to 30 minutes and kept on promising us it will be out soon.

My mother and I even thought about just leaving and eating somewhere else. The food was cold, the steak was very salty it was unappetizing. The fries were also cold and hard, it was like the food was ready but they never gave it to us and just let it sit there. My mother also asked for a refill on her water and the waiter just looked at her and judged her, he ended up giving her water. The people who came after us also orderd the same main as me and got theirs before me.

After we got our food we just wanted to leave ASAP. In the end my mother and I felt like we were judge racially and that we were not good enough to eat at the restaurant. After I left I looked at their reviews and there are others who had the same experience. If you want good food and good service please don't eat here, there are other businesses who need the help and support more than these people. Poor service, received a non washed cup with lipstick on it.

The food is mediocre and the ambiance is average. The macaroons are not worth it.
